This morning they are setting forms for a foundation. I think it's pretty clear that the whole area there is going to be the Hwy 6 widening project HQ, including the office and parking for heavy equipment and staff, and possibly material storage.

Don't think the Northgate Schlotzsky's is long for this world. No longer has the company chips, tea, or ice in both machines. Hope I'm wrong but seems to be slipping.
