Stopped by the Schulenburg location on the way home from the deer lease and it's like a very tiny
very recognizable retail gas station with nice bathrooms that we would normally see on an interstate highway.

Neither is 290. The Bastrop location gets what it gets due to the confluence of three state highways, I believe collectively the traffic count is higher than Highway 6, at least in the parts south of town.
