Their defense in the first half has looked terrible. No defensive effort whatsoever and no rebounding.

The Spurs can't catch a break with injuries. Blair goes down on the first play of the game when Manu returns. Sheesh.

You do this **** every year around playoffs. So if the Spurs lose, you laugh and say how much they suck, and if they win, you make sure everyone knows you were right.

Kawhi needs to start seeing minutes if the Spurs want to play anything that even somewhat resembles championship caliber defense. He, Ford, and Manu are the only ones who really play on that end of the court.

Green doesn't play the pick and roll that well though. He is a lot better though in one on one situations. And yeah, Tim does well on defense when he feels like it, but he's been getting owned by a lot of the guards at the rim / in the paint lately. The years have caught up with him in that regard.

Not saying they are playing awesome d, but this is the highest scoring team in the nba. To me, the difference here is missing shots they normally hit. Bonner and Neal seem off tonight. Green too. Rj is non existent, but that's normal.
