I can't imagine anything could ever be important enough to me for me to put this much effort into a post. Especially one pretending I don't care about the thing I just wrote an essay about. Nice!

Oh come on you bunch of homerific circlejerking mouthbreathers, even you have to admit that was funny

congrats on the regular season win, enjoy the rest of it because the spurs will not win a title again this year (or probly ever again for that matter). Continue to thank god for that what 8 year or so run of true excellence and continue to pray to that same god that Stern never wakes up and realizes it would be better for his entire league if he would simply choose to contract that meaningless franchise.

Seriously if that ever did happen, nobody outside of the greater SA area would even remember the spurs existed 5 years later.

I've spent about as much time as i can stomach on the worst forum on texags so i'll say goodbye. Keep telling yourselves the spurs are relevant boys, it really is amusing to see a group believe so much in something that the entire world knows to be untrue.

But congrats to the Celtics, they are now part of the second longest winning streak of the 2011-2012 NBA season (the Spurs have the top 2 longest winning streaks this season, 11 games and 9 games and counting).

I don't know that the Spurs are constructed in such a way that they are currently good enough to beat a healthy Bulls or Heat team in a 7-game series, but I do believe that they are currently good enough to win the west. I think Simplebay and others who deny that fact are just that, in denial.

LA and Memphis are good teams, they just aren't quite in the same class at this point.

Didn't catch the second half, and almost glad I didn't, cause damn that looked ugly in the highlights.

But I'll take it. Played a horrible second half from the looks of it, but still beat the hottest Eastern team on their court.

Also, gotta say seeing DM so butthurt is utterly fantastic.

i like how the two seasons that the spurs don't reach fifty wins will be lockout shortened seasons in which their winning percentage extrapolated over a full season would have been something like 56 wins both years.
