I do not see why you are so concerned. The Grizzlies have not played one complete game this post season. Both wins they nearly choked away. Along with game 1 meltdown. Spurs are sitting pretty.

With Paul and Griffin hurting, there's definitely blood in the water. The series has already dragged to 6 games for these two teams--they've got to be fatigued on top of all that. I would much rather SA make quick work of an ailing Clippers squad and sit back and wait for their WCF opponent.

If the Grizz do indeed win the series it will be pretty scary seeing them come into our series with tons of momentum while the Spurs have been sitting around for 8 days doing nothing.

Grizzlies still have to win two straight including one in LA where they have not won yet this year. I only think the Grizzlies win in LA if Paul and Griffin are not 100%.

would love to see a spurs/celts or spurs/pacers series. both are very winnable for the spurs, and both would offer an interesting matchup that REAL basketball fans will be able to appreciate.

I think spurs celtics would do alright ratings wise. Offense v defense. Traditional power v small market team. And best of all, the garnet v Duncan finale for all the marbles.

They could promote the hell out of the last. Everybody loves a good feud and this one is fifteen years old and the styles and personalities of the parties couldn't be more different.
