“How I Met Your Mother” fans can now find out the titles, air dates, cast, and synopses for the first three episodes of Season 9, thanks to leaked CBS press releases.

SpoilerTV has gathered the press releases, which reveal each episode’s basic plotline and cast. Cristin MIlioti, who plays the Mother, is in all three episodes, as are Sherri Shepherd, who plays a woman named Daphne seated next to Marshall on a plane, and Wayne Brady, who plays Barney’s brother, James. We’ll also get appearances from recurring guest character Ranjit (Marshall Manesh), a character known as “Old Gypsy Woman,” and various relatives.

Episode 1, “The Locket,” will air on September 23.

The synopsis reads: “On their way to Long Island for their wedding weekend, Robin and Barney come across a startling family discovery. Meanwhile, Marshall sees something online that changes the course of his entire journey back east, and Lily confronts Ted about letting go of Robin, on the ninth season premiere, of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, Monday, Sept. 23 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Sherri Shepherd (“The View”) guest stars as Daphne, a woman on the same flight as Marshall; and Wayne Brady (“Let’s Make a Deal”) returns as Barney’s brother, James.”

Episode 2, “Coming Back,” will air immediately after “The Locket.”

The synopsis reads: “When James reveals that he is getting divorced, Robin worries about how Barney will take the news. Meanwhile, Marshall races to find a way to get to New York in time for the wedding, and Ted deals with being alone at a romantic hotel, on a special HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, immediately following the season premiere Monday, Sept. 23 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Wayne Brady (“Let’s Make a Deal”) returns as Barney’s brother, James, Sherri Shepherd (“The View”) guest stars as Daphne, a woman on the same flight as Marshall and Roger Bart (“Desperate Housewives”) guest stars as the front desk clerk at the hotel.”

• Ted says he is moving to Chicago, because Mrs. Moseby is obviously not in New York
  
• Marshall gets (and apparently takes, which I had forgotten) the judgeship
  
• Ted & Lilly talk about Ted's unresolved issues with Robin and then realize that Ted still has the locket and this is going to make the bestest, totally not weird or potentially conflict causing, cry-inducing wedding present ever
• Robin and Barney try to break up Keegan-Michael Key and that girl from SNL, but they end up getting engaged (and I'm not sure how Robin got her engagement ring back)
• We finally see the mother
