Victoria in this episode with the short brown hair was the best she's ever looked. But then I'm biased towards brunettes and somewhat to that length of hair.

Robin floating away was the only part of the episode that was just awful. Seemed like something that belonged in the season or two before this, whereas since they're actually reaching closure, this season has been pretty good more often than not.

Victoria looked best when she first came on the series. But damn she looked run down last night.

They didn't even have to show robin floating away. Just flash back to the balloon floating away, crazy cop throwing the locket away and show ted letting go of robin's hand and that's it. End scene. Drop page.

I'd be willing to be a decent chunk of money that the mom isn't dead. Any waterworks on the cast's part can be expected after 9 years of filming, IMO.

I know they said heartbreaking back in 2012, but that doesn't jive with other episodes and flash-forwards. Also, doubt NPH would be tweeting more of an upbeat tone if she was dead. But I do expect there will be some sort of twist that (I hope) we don't see coming.

We have seen Ted Lily and Marshall all in teh future at the college reunion. We obviously didn't see the mother then, but there wasn't a hint of sadness there...especially when he's talking about whether he hooked up with Lily.
