Definitely one of her better looking episodes. Hot in that little gray dress.
Anna Camp was smoking.
Marshall's music was epic. Made me guffaw pretty loudly.
I also have to reiterate how cute I think the mother is. Really, if lined up with every other girl Ted has dated, I would probably put her in the top three of women i would date on looks alone. But then again, I prefer her style of cute to "hot".

Series finale, Ted meets the mom, Bob Saget says "and that's the story" leaving everyone hanging. The kids insist he continues, thus leading us into "How I Married Your Mother" which immediately follows the finale.
If you read the article, this spin-off would be with a whole new cast that would be introduced in the last episode of HIMYM.
I thought Marshall's music was not that surprising. That's all Marshall listened to in the Fiero. And played Zitch Dog. Ted's step dad was lame.

I really don't understand some of you. You make it seem like you turn on the TV every Monday night and just stare at it with a scowl, wishing you were elsewhere.
I understand the last couple of seasons are not at the level of the first 3 or 4... but they are not as bad as some of you make them out to be.

The only gripe I could have is the Marshall judge choice and Lily being mad. All he has to say is "remember the time you ended our engagement to go after your dream? Remember when your immaturity on finances made me take a job I loathe?"
Put her in her place. It shouldn't even be a subplot.
Overall I'm enjoying the last season.

Well if you're excited about that, it stands to reason she should be wearing the same outfit for every episode from here on out that happens on the day before the wedding.

We should still get the "your mother was in that class" story from when Ted was teaching.
Pretty solid episode.
For a second there, I was scared we were going to get a Ted/Robin relapse episode.
Enjoyed the mother part. Look forward to them showing when each person met the mother, as I believe they will.

Agree this was pretty solid. Very little Lilly + some mom sorry + connection to some back story = solid. It would be nice if they'd do that a little more.
solid episode, it's awesome that the mother is connected to the gangs storyline...

Good episode. Cranston was poorly used, however
It was good, but even bringing up Ted/Robin annoys me at this point. Agree the Cranston green screen was pretty bad and he wasn't used well enough.
No, I kept waiting for him to sound like Walter White when threatening him, but it was over the top Hal or Tom Whatley.
Apparently, Cranston filmed his scene all on his own with a green screen. I get that he's busy and probably wanted to do a cameo for the last season of the show, but if you're going to do something, at least do it right.
Also, I loved that they were cheering for the Washington Generals. I had to explain that to my roommate.

Barney was great (as usual). Zabka mention was hilarious.
Much better episode, and it was nice to see them back at the bar rather than just at the wedding the whole time. I hope they do more flashback episodes. Loved the generals part too, especially when Marshall got home after the game and said "nobody talk to me" after someone asked the score of the game.
Forgot about that line, the "nobody talk to me" was greatness.
I had to explain the generals reference to my wife, she didn't think it was nearly as funny as I did.

I think we will be seeing a lot more of Cranston as the season unfolds. Remember Ted ultimately takes that Chicago job.
