But as part of the deal cut by Jaime in the S3 Finale, didn't the Yellowstone get a HUGE payout?

The actor has a bigger role in something else coming out soon and was unavailable.

Yeah, won't happen if he keeps buying 2021 Ram trucks.agdaddy04 said:

but the local rumor around here from actors, wranglers and staff from 1883 filming near Strawn is that the rights and ownership to the Brand including the type face may be up in the air and not as clear as one would think.Quote:
This week, according to unofficial-but-reported-everywhere sources, Sheridan found time to add another title to his already extremely hyphenated list of roles: he'll be the new owneror, at least, the face of the new ownership group
Quote:
The buyer, or at least the face of the buying group is western storyteller Taylor Sheridan, a screenwriter and producer on such television shows and movies as Paramount Network's "Yellowstone" and "Hell or High Water." Sheridan, who grew up in Cranfills Gap, Texas, purchased the cattle, horses, equipment, furniture, brand, name and propertywhich is larger than the city of San Antoniofor an undisclosed amount, however it was originally listed for $347.7 million.

I'm wondering when we get to see Jamie's baby momma pop back up. I wouldn't think they would leave that plot line and not circle back to it at some point.
Also, the opening scene with the Indians…. I'm pretty sure they cow they killed and were "butchering" was already lying on the ground when the Duttons rode up. (Not to mention the one the Duttons left behind was a lighter tan color and the one on the ground was dark)
But I'm all in on watching. Just pointing out a few careless missed details.
...and it was pretty blatantly a heifer.Quote:

So a bit confused on the Jimmy storyline. John is basically punishing him by sending him off the ranch, but where?
I'm more confused with why he's punishing him. I may be misremembering, but didn't Jimmy get injured in the fight with whoever was coming after John? If so, not really sure that is Jimmy's fault like being hospitalized from the rodeo.4stringAg said:

I must have missed that. That just coincidentally occurred while WWIII was going on at the ranch and the hands were hanging somebody?

Well, that's one of my best things anyway, but it helps to not really be able to tell a heifer over another cow just by seeing one on TV.rynning said:
This is a very fun show with mostly good acting to be sure, but you really have to suspend disbelief or you'll drive yourself crazy with the misses and inconsistencies.
