Yep. I live in Colorado now and a coworker was telling me today that he just now realized King Ranch was an actual ranch due to YL. He said he thought it was just made up for the truck.

No surprise that the guy in prison was a cell mate of Jaime's biological dad, could see that coming a mile away.
I'm guessing there's more to the history between John and Jaime's dad beyond what we know so far. Interested to see where this is heading.

He pulled up and once he heard the screams sure looked like he peaked in to confirm who it was then was going to go back in his truck. I think it's more likely that because Jimmy developed a talent at riding bucking horses from nowhere that he also has a talent for distinguish a good bucking horse. There's a lot of money in a good bucking horse. He could be the guy that finds them for Travis/Yellowstone.
Jimmy is gonna have some experience that really bonds him with a horse and be a changed man in demeanor, skills, attitude, appearance, etc. They clearly set the table for that narrative. He will overcome his fears and injuries and return as either a cutting horse guy or an expert on bucking horses, etc. I imagine a scene where Travis and co return to Y and John et al come out to watch and a cowboy rides up on a horse doing something impressive and the Y ranch hands say "who is that guy?" only to have it revealed to be a cleaned up new Jimmy.

No, Rip beat up Lloyd because Lloyd broke the "no fighting" rule by starting it with Walker, and Rip had to treat him like everyone else - like when he beat up the red-headed guy in S1 for fighting Jimmy (and later taken to the train station by...Lloyd). As many years as he's been there, Lloyd should know better - but obviously his pride reached a boiling point with Walker.Southlake said:
