Y'all can mock and nitpick all you want, but the fact remains that there hasn't been a single non-effusive reaction yet. And after 50+ reactions from critics and journalists alike, across a wide spectrum (meaning Universal didn't handpick from any one demographic or type), I've been doing this long enough to know how this brand of praise (unanimous, zero hedging, etc) usually translates to the next batch of critics and then to audiences as well. Sorry to burst y'all's bubble, but at this point we're very likely looking at one of the best movies of the year.

TC, it's ok to just say that some early reviews are looking good and share one or two of them. We truly don't need to scroll through you pilfering half of X to give us 50 different critics all saying the same thing. It's also crazy that you trust these peoples' takes.

Yep, all of these reactions across the globe, from all types of different people/critics, coordinated their praise in unison to ensure the mainstream media could then, in turn, ensure that Universal Pictures has a hit on their hands, so as to promote the "woke" values of one of the least woke directors around. Mind you, the very same director the left attacked just three years ago for casting one of the whitest blockbusters of the century. Makes complete sense!

Ah, yes. Including the "largely worthless" early effusive praise for Oppenheimer, the R-rated biopic that made nearly a billion dollars at the box office and won Best Picture.

Obviously these tweets are just reactions, but it does at least seem to be entertaining.

My biggest takeaway from them, which should be encouraging to everyone who has been uninspired by the trailers, is that there seems to be A LOT that we haven't seen in the trailers that is exciting and works well.

Also, it's funny how weeks and weeks and pages and pages of *****ing and moaning about how "woke" this movie apparently is (again, without having seen the movie for yourselves) are perfectly valid, yet two pages of actual, positive reactions to the movie itself - from people who *have* seen it - are suddenly way over the top, "spam," invalid, etc. I'm sorry, but you'll have to forgive me if y'all's utter hypocrisy fails to convince me of your faux concern.

I think a lot of people will take pages of actual forum users speculating on what they have seen and are thinking over 50 X posts of critics none of us trust.
