Too bad we don't have the death penalty for anyone younger than 18.
Why? It was premeditated murder…Im Gipper said:
It would not matter if we did in this case. Based on the fact, as we know them, this was not capital murder.
It is gaslighting. They so badly want to believe there is more to it. But I have also noticed a whole lot of bot comments out there.oh no said:
It is extremely disheartening to see the hoards and mobs on social media defending the murderer as the actual victim.
I'm pretty sure that is the criteria for 1st degree murder, not capital murder. Capital murder is murder during the commission of another felony, or something like that? IDK; I'm not a lawyer. I just listen to a lot of crime shows.aggiebird02 said:Why? It was premeditated murder…Im Gipper said:

it's still disheartening to see it plastered all over social media as if it's actually the sentiment of real life society instead of online society and knowing how heavily the sentiment of our youth is influenced by social media.Im Gipper said:
It's social media. It's not real life.
People aren't marching in the streets for Karmelo.
So if it turns out that he had stolen items in his backpack from other people at the track meet, would it then be Capital Murder?p1 Claire said:I'm pretty sure that is the criteria for 1st degree murder, not capital murder. Something must have happened in the 70's that changed the direction of an entire race/culture.tylercsbn9 said:A Net Full of Jello said:
Those stats are staggering. If that doesn't show the major culture problem with a specific segment of the population, nothing will. I'd be interested in seeing the numbers over a 100 year span.
I bet they were much, much closer prior to the 70s/80s with much less disparity between races.

I thought because he had a weapon on school property, that was a felony. Which in turn makes it capital?

- It is a Class A misdemeanor offense for a person to intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly possess or enter the premises of a school or educational institution with a firearm, location-restricted knife, club, or prohibited weapon. New language includes intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly possessing or entering the premises of a high school or collegiate sporting event or UIL event, unless the person is a participant and the firearm, knife, club, or prohibited weapon is used in the event. No because theft is not a felony sufficient to rise to capital murder under Sec. 19.03(a)(2) of the Texas Penal Code.
What if his (the black murder's) backpack has stolen items from other people at the track meet?Im Gipper said:
If the facts come out that he was taking a bag from Austin, then yes, you are correct.
(I have not heard that version of events)
Step1 is distancing themselves from the the self loathing, overeducated white busybodies (and their **** husbands) that have convinced them that this is because of the racism they have faced, and that makes everything ok.ME92 said:Nothing will change unless and until they take responsibility for the decay of their own culture and behavior and fix it themselves.Rapier108 said:Its recoverable, but blacks would have toME92 said:
