I've drug him through the mud countless times in the past (and for good reason), but he's quietly been the Sox most consistent pitcher this season. Buch has been better obviously on a per game basis but he's only made 2 starts in the last month and he'll likely be out until after the ASB

I would really like to see him push hard to attempt a comeback this year, play a few games then retire due to a career ending degenerative condition before he gets popped by the league for the biogenisis thing. That way the mfy are on the hook for all of his remaining $100+MM (though it does suck that he would get all of that money since he's such a colossal dewshbag).
That is what the yanks want so 80% would be covered by insurance. I want him in the clubhouse stinking up the joint for the next 5 years!

and even if they get 80% back from the insurance, wouldn't their payroll number still reflect the full amount (for luxury tax purposes)?
