Edit: I AM MISTAKEN. We only have a 20.0% chance while LA has a 20.5%. I think that has mostly to do with the road to the WS, but still. We are 2nd favorites.

I'm trying to imagine the thought of you calling the shots for an MLB team. That team would be the epitome of "going nowhere".

We really don't have a lot of money on the books for next season. The budget will expand, we will be a bigger player in free agency than we've been the last few years. It's not far fetched to think we could be even better next year.

Y'all have a terrible farm.

Y'all have almost no recent history of developing your prospects.

Y'all arent loaded with much talent at the big league level. Y'all aren't bare either.

Y'all don't have enough enough of a payroll to just buy a bunch of top tier FAs. Who do you plan on making a play at? Kluber? Cole? JD? Tendon? Even if you do sign 2 (you won't) would it be enough to surpass Daddy or even NY? Very unlikely.

Apples and Oranges, chach. The production you lost isnt even comparable. We've probably lost over 500 ABs from some very highly producing players.

You will learn soon enough, though.
