Should have known this by the way the spurs played at the end if the season. Couldn't beat the Lakers on fan appreciation day. Plus, the effort in game 2 was inexcusable.

Please. The spurs player who passed the ball to the player who made the go-ahead shot prior to Ginobli's traveled and it wasn't even close. I replayed in slow motion and both the pivot foot plus another foot both hit the floor after leaving after the dribble ended. They aren't going to call that at that point in the game, but don't pretend the Mavs got away with something the Spurs didn't do.

The encouraging thing about today's game was that we were able to string together some buckets down the stretch. Our defense is just really disappointing.
Who would guess both OKC and San Antonio would be down 2-1; throw this in with whatever fallout the Clippers will deal with over the Sterling story and the West is wide open.

I still like the Spurs in this series, but Dallas really hit its stride at the right time heading into the playoffs.
