Splitter knocked over Blair. He buckled Blairs knee. Blair reacted and kicked him in head. Not much of a kick, but was a dumb thing to do.

He fouled splitter took him to the ground and splitter landed on his leg so Blair got mad like a little baby and threw a hissy fit
Blair was looking right at Splitter. He didn't kick very hard, but he was under control and it was absolutely intentional.

I think any kind of flagrant is always 1 free throw? Only a double technical gets 2 free throws, just off memory--don't know if that's right. Of course, I'm too lazy to look it up and admit I'm probably wrong.
