Order from Hometown Hero. Start with 10mg and cut it in half. Takes a bit to take effect, so don't just start taking more because you aren't feeling any effect

This was my suggestion last week to my Mom who wants to cut back her alcohol intake quite a bit. She tried a 5mg seltzer and it was a bit too strong for her. 2.5mg would be ideal with someone with no tolerance, and go from there.
Both my parents were nightly drinkers, and my Dad drank a ton… I can now say THC and hemp is now helping BOTH my parents be healthier.
Where do yall buy your seltzers? I've been getting them at Total Wine but they are pretty crazy expensive. I think they are the Cann brand.
Yeah I'd start at 2.5 mg 1 1/2 to 2 hrs before for sleeping. 5 might be too much.
I have seen it trigger some psychotic breaks. Had an acquaintance have schizophrenic like symptoms after prolong significant use: Have also seen subsequent studies linking it to schizo like symptoms, so I do know that there is some pretty substantial psychotic effects.
That being said, it is not pre slants and you should be using anything in moderation. Alcohol is poison and can poison you in higher rates. In general I'm completely convinced thc is better in moderation.
Not to mention personal experience. I can have 15-20mg of thc drinks over the course of two hours and feel buzzed and great, and I don't feel any negative impact the next day, unlike alcohol. Not to mention it's about 50 total calories compared to the 1000 it would take in alcohol to get me to the same place….
That being said, it is not pre slants and you should be using anything in moderation. Alcohol is poison and can poison you in higher rates. In general I'm completely convinced thc is better in moderation.

He waited until nearly the last minute (I guess 30 minutes) to see who would win the political power play. He's known for a long time now how unpopular this bill is and could have vetoed before. He's just indecisive and I suspect wanted to see how it would play for him politically rather than giving the people he represents what they want and the freedom they are entitled to.

Start with a 2.5mg gummy. For someone new to this with no tolerance built up, this should absolutely help with getting a good full night of deep sleep.
