According to Lowe, the Spurs are -11 per 100 possessions with Aldridge and Derozan on the floor together, the worst of their 3 years together, all of which have been negative. This is even without Forbes in the starting lineup.

This is not correlation. It's causation at this point. This is a coaching thing. We can't continue to play from behind every game. Our lineup has to be shaken up.

Y'all need to calm down, damn. Trading players isn't just a two clicks of a mouse thing. Just because you think something is sooooo obvious doesn't make it feasable.

Aldridge isn't worth much in a trade. He's old and slow and his style doesn't fit the NBA currently. No one is going to give up anything of value to take on his salary, and quite frankly, no one has the salary room to take him on even if they wanted to. If you're another team, do you go into tax penalty for Aldridge? Doubt it.

DeMar is a talented scorer, but his game doesn't really fit the NBA that well either. He gets to the bucket and the foul line well, but you can't be a SG or SF in todays league and not be willing and capable of knocking down threes. But, for the sake of arguing, lets say he is coveted for his ball hogging. Who can afford his 30+ million salary? DeMar isn't the kind of dude you mortgage the farm for, ESPECIALLY when he's going to be a free agent this summer.

I don't think anyone here is under the delusion that their trade value high. Changing lineups or choosing to bench players isn't out of the question though.

Maybe the Spurs and Aldridge agree to a buyout.

One of the games the other night they were -31 with LA and DDR on the court together, +11 with them off.

I think Demar's best value would be a 6th man off the bench for a contender in a Manu/OKC Harden role. Doubt he would accept that role, and his contract would make it almost impossible, but if he really wants a ring after this season I think that's his best route.

When Derrick comes back I wouldn't oppose this move. That way even with Aldridge getting burnt we at least have another good defensive perimeter player. Our offense might sputter a bit but it's not like Derozan has been having great 1st quarters anyways.

Solid win over a depleted Washington team. Dejounte had a triple double.

Vassell had a good game on both ends of the court. Really like what he's doing. He doesn't back down on defense and he isn't afraid to put up his shot on offense.

His length causes a ton of deflections. I'm hoping he can have a Kawhi type of trajectory; start off as a good 3 and D player and develop the ability to create his own shot.

The 3rd quarter has been substantially less awesome.

Big win over Boston. More surprisingly is that we only shot 28% from 3. Even more surprising is that Demar was 2-2 from 3.

Pretty impressive to squeeze out that win vs one of the better teams in the league, especially while having a season high in turnovers. Murray's steal on Kemba was elite.

Good win. I was nervous to see if they could close it out but they did.

I am an optimist so I am still holding out hope that Luka can become a player. Of course, I also thought A&M could win when Fran was coaching.

Spurs are now #5 in the west with a chance to move up to #4 with a win against Denver tomorrow. NBD.

Also, White expected back Saturday. 2nd night of B2B against Memphis. He is expected to only play one game of B2Bs going forward.
