They've been hot cold. If I'm defending the Spurs I definitely pack the paint and take my chances with the 3s.

I don't think anyone here is under the delusion that their trade value high. Changing lineups or choosing to bench players isn't out of the question though.Obi Wan Ginobili said:
Y'all need to calm down, damn. Trading players isn't just a two clicks of a mouse thing. Just because you think something is sooooo obvious doesn't make it feasable.
Aldridge isn't worth much in a trade. He's old and slow and his style doesn't fit the NBA currently. No one is going to give up anything of value to take on his salary, and quite frankly, no one has the salary room to take him on even if they wanted to. If you're another team, do you go into tax penalty for Aldridge? Doubt it.
DeMar is a talented scorer, but his game doesn't really fit the NBA that well either. He gets to the bucket and the foul line well, but you can't be a SG or SF in todays league and not be willing and capable of knocking down threes. But, for the sake of arguing, lets say he is coveted for his ball hogging. Who can afford his 30+ million salary? DeMar isn't the kind of dude you mortgage the farm for, ESPECIALLY when he's going to be a free agent this summer.
One of the games the other night they were -31 with LA and DDR on the court together, +11 with them off.Enzo The Baker said:
According to Lowe, the Spurs are -11 per 100 possessions with Aldridge and Derozan on the floor together, the worst of their 3 years together, all of which have been negative. This is even without Forbes in the starting lineup.
This is not correlation. It's causation at this point. This is a coaching thing. We can't continue to play from behind every game. Our lineup has to be shaken up.

I didn't think I will hear someone from the spurs board ever say that.

Vassell had a good game on both ends of the court. Really like what he's doing. He doesn't back down on defense and he isn't afraid to put up his shot on offense.
I am an optimist so I am still holding out hope that Luka can become a player. Of course, I also thought A&M could win when Fran was coaching.Enzo The Baker said:
Luka sent back to Austin.
Surprised Jones didn't go but maybe will head up when White comes back.
Keldon continuing to cover the Spurs' ass what could have been a disaster of a draft.
