Looks like Drewbanks will replace LMA nicely, just as we all predicted at the beginning of the season.
I wonder if we could get a top 55 protected 2nd rounder for LMA.Enzo The Baker said:

Do you think the Hawks would notice if we swapped LMA for John Collins before leaving Atlanta tonight?

Hawks are reportedly listening to offers for Collins.

Well that was a fun half of basketball.
Let's just say, it was a good thing we had a 41 point lead.West Texan said:
Quindarry Weatherspoon fouled out... he only played in the 4th quarter.
It appears to me that the teams in the west keep getting better and even the lower teams improve but I don't see that in the East. I think there must be some really poorly run organizations in the East.MookieBlaylock said:
So you are saying the East is terrible just as it has been for 30 years
The prob is the West is going that way as well
I guess that is the textbook scenario of coming out cold and then finding your rhythm. They played much better defense in the second quarter.West Texan said:
Got outscored 33-17 in the first quarter, then followed it up by out scoring Charlotte 47-26 in the second to take a 5 point half time lead. Polar opposites, but hey whatever works.
They have a back to back Tues and Wed against two of the worst teams in the East and then the Knicks. Hope they can keep taking care of business. I also hope Pop sees that the team is playing just fine without LA.West Texan said:
Another win on the Rodeo Road Trip. Dejounte and Derrick were terrific tonight.

So what is the best case scenario as far as PF targets for next year?
Kinda reminds me of what they did with Pau a couple of years ago. He was injured and never really came back and then he was gone.Enzo The Baker said:
I don't think Aldridge will be traded but I have a feeling we will buy him out. It's kind of strange how there is no time table for his return and how he won't rejoin the team in the road trip because of 'Covid'. The Spurs are clearly a better team without him defensively and ball movement wise. If the team is cooking by the time he is 'ready' to come back, I don't see how you can justify forcing him back into the lineup.
