What a collapse. This team doesn't deserve to make the playoffs.

Rudy not a smart basketball player. Never has been. What good teams has he been a part of? He's always been a loser. But Pop will ride him and the vets until the end.

Meh. The Spurs are virtually locked into the 10 spot.

Yup. All for a 13th spot with a 7% chance for a top 4 pick. Hooray.

Execution after timeouts (save DeMar isos) has been terrible these last two seasons. I don't know if that's on pop or the players but it's unwatchable.

This is where they missed Derrick White in the final minutes and seconds. All towards the end of the 4th and OT was Demar mainly shooting and the players kept passing to him to make something happen. Even Sean Elliott said this and said other players need to shoot. Boston kept doubling Demar and knew he was going to shoot the ball.

There has been times this season where spacing has not been good when they have the ball. Players are either too close and that brings another defender which causes a live ball turnover.

Murray has improve his scoring this season but I don't see him as a true point guard. When he has the ball I don't see him calling out plays or calling for a screen or pick n rolls or setting up a play for his teammates. I'm not sure if that's just years of watching Parker do that or if that's just today's NBA point guards.

I'm not even going to mention defense because that's definitely non existent in today's NBA. One last thing, Boston scored almost 100 points from the second half to OT.

Almost did. If Rudy Gay didn't play like a rookie in crunch time, we could have won.

Anyone still have Pop as coach of the year?

No. But I do have him as a top 5 coach of all time.

This is going to be an interesting offseason for the Spurs.

I hope we draft the best available player. Spurs would have been better off drafting Halliburton. If there's a player with all star potential, we have to take them, regardless of position. Then figure it out after. We aren't in a position to draft position fit/need.

5 losses in a row. Spurs might lose all 7 remaining games. Best case scenario is 2-5 IMO. Sacramento and NOLA could very well knock the Spurs out of the playoff spot. Kings in particular with a softer schedule and on a win streak.

Spurs realistically still have a chance for the getting the 9th draft spot if they lose out. 9th would give them a 20% chance at a top 4 pick. 10th a 12% chance.

Yep. Spurs are a bunch of guys who should be the third or fourth best player on a good team. Gotta have something to build around.

Yea that blows. I'm rooting for the Spurs to lose. Looks like 10th in the west is more and more likely. Best case scenario will be 11th or 12th for the lottery. Hopefully we lose some ground to Indiana and Washington.

What a weird year! Spurs are playing about the worst basketball I have ever seen and tonight they set a franchise record for most points ever in the first half of a game! Crazy! 45 points in the first quarter. 87 points in the half.

This team is so unpredictable
