Harden- Howard-Love would be the an interesting three some. A LOT of offense. But two of the worst defenders in the league in Harden and Love. Unless they brought in a great defensive coach I wouldn't see this as being anything more than a fun team that never goes anywhere.
Oh, and the Wolves aren't trading Love so don't get your hopes up.

Oh really? Because love has told them he is absolutely becoming a FA next season.... So why not
Zach Lowe wrote a piece earlier this season about Kevin Love. I remember him saying that he's actually not as bad of a defender as everyone makes him out to be. I've watched maybe 5-6 Wolves game this season and thought he was average on the defensive side but much better than Harden or Parsons in particular.
I've seen 5th graders better than Harden.

Wow. It's not that he can't be a good defender, it's that he just doesn't give a **** and puts in no effort. There's a reason why guys like Melo have never won a championship (or even sniffed the finals), and guys like MJ, Kobe, and Lebron have all won them. The best players are all COMPLETE players. Offense and defense. At least put the effort in man, jesus.

I've lived in Houston for a decade, covered the Rockets for half a decade and cheer for the Rockets.
It seems you are more obsessed with me than I am with a team I cheer for.
I don't think you understand defense. That was closer to wandering around dreaming about when he gets the ball on the other end of the court than help defense.

Helps stop the penetration, therefore leaving his man open. Can't crucify him for playing team defense.
Again, help defense and trapping Durant was part of the gameplan against OKC. Parsons has zero chance of stopping KD one on one. Sometimes an open three from a role player is the price you pay to try to stop a superstar.
As far as the others, Bond is right. He is who he is. He isn't Gary Payton on defense. But playing help defense shouldn't get a guy crucified if his player ends up getting an open look

Poor rotation. He clearly had no clue where he was supposed to be after Durant passed it and he sat there long enough that he had no chance to get over to the corner.

Thought about this last night, but I still think we would've kept him, even without a possibility at Love.
I don't even know what I would do if we got Love. That would be insane.
That's bad, lazy defense. He's not helping, he's drifting toward the ball hoping someone will poke it out so he can start a fast break.
