I see her try to drive off and get shot though. Maybe I need to watch it on my 85" 4k tv in full res to see. Very strange. ***shrug***


She cleary hits the officer. You can clearly see it in the video from above especially.

On the one filmed from behind d the drivers side, you dont actually see the officer who shot until the car has cleared him because he comes fro. The other direction. You can see his feet lift off the ground at the moment of impact.

You can see the car spin its tires as she floors it ina n attempt to flee arrest.

Theres no single way you can argue this ice officer acted inappropriately unless you completely ignore facts

Unless as Aggiehawg mentioned, federal officers acting under color of law can remove state-level things to the (hopefully) more sane federal level. I'd not realized that's a thing.. I guess like a military member arrested by civilian authorities ends up being tried in a military court/UCMJ.

I can only pray that is so to, as you mention, deprive them of the "fuse" to light.

Her putting the car in gear and pressing the gas pedal was all that was needed to justify the shoot.

The fact that she aimed for and hit the officer is just extra, but not needed.

But it important to note that the wheels were directed at the officers when she put the car in gear and started
To accelerate. Her wheels do not turn until the car is already spinning out.

It's fortunate the officer was not killed.

Also, her actions during the day will be considered and if she had lived would have supported that she premeditated her crimes.

Reminder, her wife was in the car with her and has already confessed she had urged her to be there to obstruct ICE agents. So the wife can be prosecuted as an accessory to that.

I like the idea of prosecuting the "wife".

I was intending posthumously but enjoyed the autocorrect. And I realize our Constitution doesn't allow for conviction of dead peoples as they have no ability to defend themselves, but I would entertain a mock trial.

We need more of those. Sort of Peoples Court / Judge Judy style for when the the legal process cannot or will not play out.

Comeys case would be another example.

Quit interfering with law enforcement, pretty simple.

Especially amateur ones who panic at the first sign of stress. Can't imagine a Texas state trooper putting himself in that position or firing multiple shots in a residential area against an unarmed person. That agent is Uvalde-ready.


I don't give a sh*t if it is his fist day on the job, she was impeding law enforcement, she shouldn't have been there…I certainly don't wish death on her, she put herself in that situation…I am not sure why this is so hard to grasp.

The dead woman went to that street to block traffic and decide for herself who can come and go.

I have a huge problem with that and anyone who defends this.

1) you can not have a functional, healthy, society where random people can restrict access to roads based on political calculations.

That is terrorism.
And it should be treated as such.
Lead -to-the-face in copious amounts.

2) the dead woman was stopped twice. The second time is when she decided to up the ante by bulldozing the police. Either this was to get away, or an emotional response ( highly likely it is such).

There is no way people like that can be allowed to continue driving .

If she is capable of such an act , then what else is the public being exposed to?

The police have to stop people like this immediately out of duty to public safety.
