I don't see how EO 26-01 could be used to against ICE / federal law enforcement unless ICE / federal law enforcement is said to be interfering with someone's First Amendment rights by breaking up protests, which I don't think they would be doing anyway. Don't the feds just guard their buildings when they aren't out doing immigration enforcement?

I think we can all agree that this lady deserved a bullet to the face just as much as Ashli Babbit did. If you want to justify one shooting and condemn the other, you have to do a bit of mental gymnastics and likely you are doing so for political reasons (ie you agreed with what the deceased was doing).

So this lady, per Jessie Waters, had two kids with husband #1 before divorcing, another with husband #2 who passed away, hooked up with lady friend, moved to Canada after Trump was reelected, then came back to troll ICE in MSP.

Left is all in on the NYT analysis. Including "he leaned on hood to shoot her" and then fired twice more as she was "trying to get away". What the flip?

All 3 shots were within a couple of seconds? Hell, dude didn't even draw his weapon until she reversed and started to put it on drive.

Left is evil. Shut down their rhetoric, even if it costs you a friendship or family member. Shut it down or they will George Floyd your ads and no one has time for that.

Yes, there was no mass starvation of Ukrainians in the 1930s, and not one of them died of starvation. In fact, due to back-to-back bumper crops, most Ukrainians gained weight and had a problem of obesity!!

No, it doesnt simply do that. It applies opinions presented as facts and presents itself od forensic evidence. Further, it uses dubious terms such as "run over" despite that not being the legal standard for self defense.

So, its the same videos, but with heavily biased interpretation applied.

The fact that you see only a "they" here is the problem. Our president spewed all kinds of conjecture about this woman that there is no evidence of. It's called legal analysis of the factors approved by SCOTUS in excessive use of force cases for LEOs. Includes a reasonable person standard. So yes, in judging how reasonable the conduct was, the potential intentions and motivations based upon perception.

Graham v. Conner. Go check it out.

Based on available reporting and evidence:

I dont think the lady intended to run over the ice agent.
Her intent is irrelevant
I think its likely she didn't even see the ice agent until after she floored it.
I do think she was purposely impeding in ice operations
She was pestering ice all day leading up to her death
She did hit the officer with her car while attempting to flee being detained and/or arrested
This probably wasnt her first time participating in this sort of protest.
The officer acted properly
The shooting was justified
The shooting was tragic.

The NYTs analysis is pure fabrication. They slow it down to completely distort time then Zapruder film it and act like the cop should have been making massive decisions in the 1.3 seconds he had to react.

This lady broke the law and did so in a manner that forced LEOs to defend themselves.

This is not right or left. This is just the left ignoring the laws… as usual.
