This woman reminds me of a bratty kid that is pestering adults, once they finally cross the line to the punishment territory, they try to run away to avoid punishment.

I do not know if the woman was scared that she was going to be arrested and tried to flee, or if it was a malicious attempt to injure/kill the agent, no one will ever know unless she was live streaming. However, it does not change the final result.

If I go out later today and block the street to prevent a police car with lights flashing from getting by, then try to flee, the inside of my very clean truck is likely to get really messy.

There are many cases over the years where states tried to prosecute federal officers in this manner. They all get dismissed once it is determined the actions were within the scope of employment.

I have my doubts. Her intention was to try and kill or hit. The police officer. Looks like she was just taking off.

I don't think she was trying to intentionally run over anyone either but the officer can't know that in the moment, particularly in situations where protesters and rioters have been hostile to them all day. Also this officer apparently had been involved in a similar previous incident and was dragged or something by a car.

That is the sad thing, I doubt before 2019 she thought "hey, I want to be a martyr/paid protester and that is the best way for me to provide for my family". Liberalism is a dangerous disease that has exploded in America, especially for white women. For whatever reason people are allowing themselves to be used as pawns for issues that are likely not a big deal to them. Also from her poetry sad that she is so angry or hateful to God.

It is sad that she took pride in her job to harass law enforcement and that she was above the law. She FAFO'd, there were so many things she could have done differently in those 5 seconds and she would still be alive.

Now we have paid protest that are funded by foreigners since they know that is the best chance they have to defeat the USA...from within.

Yes it is but it didn't happen in an instant or in a vacuum. Its decades in the making if not a century- Neo communism and traditional Americana are NOT compatible at all and cant co-exist especially in the same political entity.

Well in this case that individual is a federal agent lawfully carrying out his assigned duties. The other spent the entire day going out of their way to interfere with that individuals job.

If you show up at my work and interfere with my work you will be removed from the premises. In my case I would have to get law enforcement involved. In this case they don't need the middleman. If you assault me at my work you're very likely going to need medical intervention.

But by all means feel free to try some sad argument that the officer should have just accepted being run over by a car (again) because police work is a dangerous job?
