They are destroying property in their own city and it's unlikely ICE is even staying inside the city limits. Posts on another thread indicated there was no one from the federal government staying at that hotel and they've since left, marching to another hotel.

So far they've done minimal to no damage to Federal property.

This is basically Minneapolis on Minneapolis violence and it's up to Minneapolis and the state of minnesota, and the county sheriff's department to fix until Federal property or officers are at risk.

(By the way I use voice to text a lot and it randomly capitalizes and decapitalizes words. My apologies.)

I am here for it, I love when Democrats destroy Democrat stuff

Democrats destroying democrat stuff to protest American law enforcement enforcing the law against thieving illegals who defraud government and send donations to Islamic terrorists in Somalia.

Maybe conservatives should protest in front of it demanding better reporting.

That's not a bad idea. Maybe block their driveway with vehicles and follow their broadcast trucks all over town honking horns and badgering, screaming and threatening them while they're trying to do their jobs.

A common sense summary from Scott Jennings....

Quote:

Scott Jennings hits a former NYPD Lieutenant with a BRUTAL dose of common sense about the shooting in Minneapolis.

As Darrin Porcher attempted use his law enforcement background to question the ICE officer's actions,
@ScottJenningsKY
delivered the kind of plainspoken truth the media doesn't want to hear.

He spelled out the ABCs of what actually happened on the ground for the entire CNN panel.

PORCHER: "Procedurally, this is not sound, but from a law perspective, it can be somewhat questionable."

Then Jennings laid out the facts:

JENNINGS: "I mean, contrary to what I heard out here the other day, this person was not a random passerby, who just happened to be driving through her neighborhood."

"This person is part of a group of people who form convoys to interfere with federal law enforcement operations. They drive convoys of cars into active law enforcement situations."

"They interfere with ongoing law enforcement activity. This is a felony to do that, A."

"B, this person had been following ICE around all day. Apparently according to witnesses, now, according to further reporting."

"C, they didn't follow lawful commands to stop, get out of the car."

"D, they accelerated a car into the officer. It clearly hit the officer."

"I don't understand how you could watch this video and all the other videos that have come out and not come to the conclusion that this is an unfortunate, tragic situation that was caused by someone, the person driving the vehicle, using extraordinarily poor judgment from top to bottom."

"Doesn't make me happy. I don't like it, I hate this, I don't like it when U.S. Citizens or anyone dies in any kind of engagement with law enforcement like this, but this person exercised EXTREMELY poor judgment and put themselves in harm's way, probably committing a felony in the process."

"And this is the result."

IIRC, you and I were talking about potential charges against the wife. Branca does an analysis of that possibility. It is complicated but he doesn't think there's much of a good chance of her being charged, neither by the state (for obvious reasons) and then there is a jurisdictional issue for federal courts as it pertains to the wife. Again, based upon what we know now.
