Based on past history in the George Floyd suicide, if indicted and brought to trial I hope there are moral and ethical jurors. Otherwise this agent may be in danger of another miscarriage of Justice.

If charges are brought, Trump will likely pardon him.

Agree, but we will have a dozen pages now of several concerned say that more could and should have been done. Walk a few days in a cop's shoes, that was a deliberate attempt to block/impede officers and then accelerated quickly putting the officer in danger.

What are you talking about? The shot came from the cop directly in front of the vehicle, not the one at the driver side window. She was driving straight at him.

The Mayor or Police Chief has NEVER said "hey folks...you can protest, but don't throw stuff at them, or block them with your body or vehicles as this is dangerous. And if an officer has a gun pointed at you and giving you orders, please comply".

Left: the woman was clearly trying to go around the officers. They murdered a totally innocent woman.

They will absolutely refuse to give any responsibility to the deceased woman who intentionally put herself in that situation with full intent to at the very least to hinder/obstruct LEO which compromises their safety. Or at worst intended to run them over with her car.

Exactly TFOS. Americans are tired of people going out of their way to, at best, make LEO's jobs more difficult and ,at worst, endangering LEO lives. This should be a wake up call to all the people nationwide who believe it's their "right" to impede law enforcement. Correct. The officer in front may have decided to draw his weapon once the officer from the NIssan Titan engaged the door handle and reached in the window.

Still think the gun goes off damn near same time his asrm / hand holding gun contacts the windshield, mirror. Isn't there some scuttle about a certain type of gun many guys carry having an itchy trigger?

2nd shot (and a 3rd if there is one) could be muscle memory or adrenaline pumping.

And the officer who shot was associated with the gold suburban, which may have been the one stuck in the snow.

I imagine there is some video of moments leading up to this incident. So far all the videos have cut to just before the shot, but leave 30 or so seconds running after. That indicates to me there is more to the story.

Woman probably wasn't trying to kill or run over the ICE agent. However, she acted very stupidly by moving in his direction.

Did the officer have to shoot her? Could he have "just" moved out of the way? Maybe but I would be hard pressed to second guess his split second decision when he has to determine whether she's trying to run him over.

If I were a betting man, my money is on the officer getting arrested. It's Minneapolis.

you can absolutely see from that video the third ICE Agent was IN FRONT OF THE CAR when she guns it and he then fires and steps out of the way.

that's a good shooting.
