I wonder how long it will take for some average Joe to start taking pot shots at these lunatics? These people are still protesting ICE because they see the chance of anything bad happening to them to still be near 0. Maybe it gets so bad the feds will be more pro-active in arresting these guys wholesale, but I doubt it. Leaving it to vigilante Joe to put a little fear into them. All it takes is 1 guy without a family or job to start it...then these guys get to make some real decisions to protest or not. I doubt they will be as courageous as the Iranians that are protesting their government are.

A) while I refuse to accept the "words are violence" nonsense, there's a level of auditory harassment which becomes excessive and/or damaging. Bullhorns, whistles, and pursuit by a mob are tactics which need to be shut down.

B) is this Minneapolis? Looks a bit light on snow.

C) unfortunately this guy will be at the mercy of the local DA. Whether he gets off free or destroyed is all dependent on jurisdiction.

Maybe if the Governor and Mayor got their citizens not to impede federal law enforcement officers, those officers wouldn't need as many people to arrest illegals, and MN police wouldn't need to be working as much OT to handle crowds.

That was my first thought. He also physically touched him with the horn which I would think would also be assault.

I have moderate/borderline severe tinnitus and a horn like that in my ear could be devastating. That was really dangerous
