Actually the head wound may also not have been direct as it says "protruding" which to me would indicate an entrance but no exit though it left some distortion in the head.

I think it's debatable if there were two or three shots, but doesn't seem possible for there to have been four shots.

You appear to be assuming that she was sitting in her seat like she was taking a driving test. She was obviously agitated and moving, could have put her hands in some sort of upward/defensive position as she realized what was happening, twisted in her seat, that sort of thing. What I am saying is that it is not at all uncommon to see a bullet wound in the arm and a wound in the torso caused by the same projectile. A 9 mm fired from a couple of feet away is going to pass through your arm, and it has to go somewhere.

I wonder if the first windshield shot killed her? The initial shot(s) were totally justified, and if thats what killed her, he shouldnt be charged with anything.

However, if I was him, Id be concerned if the 3rd shot below is what killed her. Lots of ridiculous arguments from the left, but this would be their best chance.

I know many will defend this 3rd shot, just like they defended Chauvin holding his restraint after learning Floyd had no pulse. The woman was clearly in the wrong, as was Floyd. But its possible for cops to make mistakes....the problem is these incidents become a political war, red vs blue, and neither side wants to give an inch.

In Texas, EMTs have to take jurisprudence courses with warnings about being respectful towards patients and so forth. That is probably worked around their DEI courses in Minnesota.

For me it's not so much that I would defend that shot per se...it's that I personally acknowledge that cops are humans and during an adrenalinie dump real world scenario that goes from 0 to 120 mph in an instant, and it's all about fight or flight, I would extend a little bit of grace and benefit of the doubt to any human in that situation who may take one extra shot in an event like that.

I would not expect any living liberal to extend that slightest amount of grace or understanding though, so this guy may be f***ed, depending on the makeup of the jury. We are dealing with a bunch of braindead cretins who make arguments like "why not just shoot the gun out of the bad guy's hand?!" LOL. F'n tards.

Hennepin County ME. Not sure it is the same guy as in the Chauvin case but he folded like a cheap lawn chair in that case.

I don't know why you think cops should only fire 1 shot, but you keep posting that over and over.

Police will fire until the threat is stopped. If one shot does it, great. If it takes 500, so be it. It also doesn't matter if the first shot is a kill shot, the last shot, or one in between.

The agent had a second to make a decision, and wasn't going to count his shots just to make you or anyone else feel better.

Yeah, thats where a jury comes in to determine if the "extra shot" fits the letter of the law.

I just try to be consistent. The Mesa PD cop went too far shooting Daniel Shaver claiming he was "reaching for a gun". You probably didnt extend grace with those shots. Many also didnt extend grace to Byrd for shooting Babbot.

So thats my point. The left being totally irrational and incapable of objective reason is irrelevant.
