Osimhen rumors have been around for several weeks. I'm doubting they are valid because A) they are asking 80m for a guy that has never scored 20 goals (in all comps) in a season while playing in a top 5 league and B) the GJ rumors seem very solid (Ornstein reporting as well) and I don't see us buying both GJ & Osimhen.

Not seen the Toney stuff lately. Doesn't seem to have much upside but being HG and relatively young (just turned 26) he atleast looks like a better option than Laca. Depending on Brentford's demands, could see a GJ/Toney combo similar to the GJ/Tammy suggestion.

I would be intrigued with Abraham and Jesus. Besides the fact you have a strongly Biblical striker duo, they offer a different style/skill set and I both think they have more talent that hasn't really been unlocked in their previous stops.

Ornstein stated in an Athletic podcast that we have been talking to GJ and his agent for several months and personal terms are essentially agreed. Only obstacle is negotiating with City. Have also read elsewhere that Orny has been pushing Arsenal interest in DCL if Everton were to go down. Think Tammy would be a better compliment to GJ but could see DCL as an interesting option as well. I wonder if either (Tammy or DCL) would be willing to come knowing that they could end up in a rotational role vs the outright starter.

Saw a small snippet of a claim this morning that Gnabry plans to leave Bayern this summer (this was already known/assumed) and that he is interested in playing a more central #9/false 9 type role. Per WhoScored, he has played in a 9/F9 role 6 times this season with a goal and 2 assts to show for it. He is on the short side but is a good finisher and good passer. Could be an interesting experiment that worse case results in a Pepe upgrade.

Seems to be a major issue we have that we lose our heads after scoring. Seems we almost always give up several opportunities after a goal and get burned

I could be wrong, but I think that was all the same string of play after Nuno had an opportunity to turn it up field and relieve the pressure, but played it back to Xhaka in the corner, then took a bad touch and lost it out of bounds.

And then he was nowhere near Coulal on the cross field ball. It's never boring with this guy
