Who should be in the starting rotation in 3 years? I would have to guess Lyles will be, and Norris too. Who else?
Interesting stat. Norris is sitting at 4-1 for the season and the Astros have won 7 of the 8 games he has pitched in. In his last 3 starts(including today) he has only given up 1 earned run total.

Don't forget about Dallas Keuchel, real low 2 era in AAA. Paul Clemsns will also make the majors.
Kuechel is a strange one because he is a soft thrower who doesn't strike many out. He has great control though.
I don't know if I see Clemens or Sosa being any better than Lyles, Harrell, Norris, Weiland, or Cosart..

I always heard he would be more of a reliever in the majors.
We have no idea what Cosart will turn out to be. He hasn't even made it to the show yet.

I just hope Wandy keeps the ERA low and is trade bait before the deadline. Would be nice to get 2-3 prospects for him. At least the team is watchable now and young. Singleton, Springer, Cosart and an overall number 1 pick to come. The turn-around could be much shorter than I thought just last year.

Went to my first game in a couple years on wednesday. Got to sit on the Budweiser patio and do the salute to the troops on the Jumbotron. The game was a ton of fun and we loved watching the youngsters working hard and doing their thing. I stopped going because the atmosphere was downright depressing. The game was so fun that we decided to go back this Saturday for Aggie night. Should be tons of fun! Guess the new owner must be doing something right.

That's pretty standard to do in European soccer, I have never heard it being done in MLB though. Sucks he has to go to Japan though, wasn't he supposed to be pretty good? They must have paid a good amount...
He would have to agree to a contract with them (this is the same as the Darvish thing) first a fee to buy out the contract then negotiate with the player.
