Well intentioned or not we can't openly depose other countries leaders, or at least we shouldn't.
You can have the opinion that "we shouldn't have done this" but you are factually incorrect.
The president can, and should, invade a country for a period of up to 60 days at which time he must notify congress. By day 90, he must withdraw forces if not approved.
In this instance, he used the terrorist designation and the warrants to arrest a fugitive.
Whether you agree or disagree of those facts 1) 60 days, 2) terrorist 3) fugitive and 4) the right to self defense when conducting law enforcement duties, you are sadly misinformed.
If you also think this is the first time the Feds have arrested a terrorist alongside the military, you are also wrong.
Just because this wasn't the Middle East doesn't mean it's legally any different.
