Lorenzo Pellegrini's agent is in London looking for a move from Roma. He is said to have a 30m euro release clause that can be paid in 2 15m euro installments. We have supposedly submitted a contract proposal to his agent.
Rumors that we have put Chambers on the market for 12.5m GBP and the first team showing interest is Lazio. Not surprised we are selling but a little surprised if we can't get more from an EPL club considering his age, HG status and the season he had with Fulham.
Another pretty tough start in the league. 6 points are vital from those first two matches.

Zero chance this is true. He's worth twice that in today's market and he's on a longterm contract. That rumor is some italian's wet dream.

Ajax want 35m for Ziyech. I honestly think that is a steal and would much rather have him than Carrasco. Which means he isn't coming here
Interesting. I've been hearing for weeks that he has a 25m release clause. And I agree I would take him at a heartbeat.

Saw that yesterday. Article I read stated that the move was likely done because Freddie did a really good job with the youth team this year and with the tighter budget we were likely going to be relying on many of his u23s for depth. Curious how the 1st coach assignments will work. If Bould is moving down, we need a defensive coach and that's not Freddie. Maybe someone else is moving on?
Really like his potential but not sure he is an immediate solution to our defense. Still some rumors floating around that we intend to buy him and loan him back to St. Etienne for 1 year.wangus12 said:

Bellerin most likely going to miss the beginning of the year while still recovering from his injury. So we will most likely start the year without a RB in the squad.

Rumors bouncing all over the place about Torreira wanting to leave/happy to stay/AC Milan desperately want him.

Think the Torreira is tabloids making drama. He had an interview a few weeks ago where he claimed the adjustment to England (most notably the language barrier) was tough but that he was working hard to better learn English. Then Milan hired his former manager. Since then the rumors have gone amok claiming he is unsettled and wants to go back to Italy. Most of the rumors are just flat stupid though. the 2 main ones claim that we A) sell him for a 4-5m profit or B) accept a 2 yr loan with option to buy for a 4-5m profit after 2 yrs. Do either of those make any sense to you?

Honestly, I wouldn't be opposed to selling Torreira to Milan. He is a bit small and seemed to get pushed around a bit in the 2nd half of the season. Don't think he and Xhaka can function together in the EPL. Both could be much more effective paired with a more physical 6. That said, I don't think I would sell either for less than 50m. The suggestion that Milan is gonna get him for 35-40m or for a straight swap of Kessie is absurd.
Emotional and biased thoughts.....I do think that Torreira faded down the stretch last year, but I really don't want to lose him. It was just so nice to feel like there was a couple guys on the field - between him and Sokratis - who would scrap when it is needed. I 100% recognize there is more technicality to getting results and all of that, but I just liked having some fire in the team. We still managed to find new ways to fold when we needed results, so there is work to do but I really want Torreira included in that work.

Don't get me wrong... I'd prefer to keep Torreira as well. I just wouldn't have a major issue letting him go for the right deal assuming he 1st came to us and said he wanted to go.

Ozil may actually be off to Turkey. Fenerbahce's president has been quoted stating that they are looking for "sponsors" to help cover his wages and loan fees so they can bring him to Turkey.
