We seem to have a good plan when we are playing teams that will come out and attack us, still a ways to go against the mid tier teams, but I'll take an FA Cup anytime!

I thought it was funny how they kept building him up as some FA Cup specialist. He may have won 3 with Arsenal, but the only goal he scored was a late stoppage time goal in the 4-nil win v. Aston Villa. I will give him the credit that he assisted both of Rambo's goals in '14 & '17.
Lots of smoke today about Willian rejecting another extension with Chelsea and currently negotiating with us for a free transfer.
While I'm really not high on signing a 30+ yo, if PEA is staying, this signing would actually make sense depending on the cost. Still enough left in the tank to help us earn CL but old enough that he isn't gonna block Saka/Nelson/Martinelli long term. Not my first choice in the "slide PEA to ST" scenario but a reasonable option for a limited budget.

I think we are making a big mistake tying ourselves to Kia as an agent to get in bed with. All he has is washed up 30 year old players.

Okay, okay, it appears everyone has calmed down and it is time.
I'd say definitely posturing by RM. This is their midfield: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Isco, Valverde, Odegaard coming back. Ceballos is at best on the bench for some matches. He is an extra body for them.

Maybe but two of those guys aren't the future and aren't consistently producing the brilliance they once did: Isco and modric. Not to mention age for modric (and Kroos isn't getting younger either). Casemiro and Kroos are probably first choice no matter what, with Fede coming on real strong this past season.
