Well Pepe has been the best part of a trash 45 minutes. He's been the lone bright spot.

Pepe showed flashes. Touch failed him a couple time and missed a really good scoring chance but he also made a few excellent runs that the ball carrier completely missed/ignored.

Feel Like PEA was really off. Can't put my finger on it but something wasn't right.

Willock basically just ate up space and made a few 4-5' passes. With our defensive issues I think he needs to be subbed for Torreira. Play Lucas at the 6 and allow Xhaka a more free roaming DLP role.

Too bad Sheffield didn't wrong foot and botch their easy tap in for goal. Or maybe someone mark Mousset. I hate the zonal marking on corner kicks.

yeah I would have taken Saka off. He has been invisible since Laca came on. 4-2-2-2 with Martinelli & Pepe on the wings could have been interesting.

Sigh. When we miss the top 4 by one or two points again at the end of the year, these are the games that stick out. How many times in the last 5-6 years has this exact same game been played by Arsenal.

That squad as a 4-3-3 with Lucas at the 6 and Willock/AMN as dual pivot 8s has a ton of potential. That said, how much you wanna bet that it is actually a 4-2-3-1?
