There better be a braid pulled at least every 5 minutes.
Yea I think my biggest worry is the episode/story timing and pacing. I get worried thinking of them squeezing so much into so few episodes. There is bound to be a lot left on the cutting room floor that fans may not like.Independent George said:
Well the pace of the show seems to be at light speed judging from the episode numbers attached to the photos!
Keeping my expectations in check but I have to admit the caged ###### picture is pretty sweet.

The seals on the trailer are weakening and Rosamund Pike is to blame/thank. There's only a few hours left until Chaos reigns... pic.twitter.com/x4iYfEZVrA

Dang it. This is going to get me revved up to finally finish that series. I quit it after book 8 came out however many years ago that was so I recall almost nothing about the series anymore. Will have to start all over.
I know it's been posted before but can you link those online summaries?Champ Bailey said:YouBet said:

You can do that. There are also chapter summaries available for the entire series online. I usually have them open while I listen on audiobook. But you got 3 months.
It bogs down in some of the middle books, but stick with it. The later books are better (especially once Sanderson took over) and the finish is incredible.YouBet said:

Do it. I read them all last year. The middle wasn't as good (as people report), but I honestly still thought they were good overall. It probably helped that I could read all the way through rather than having to wait for new books to come out though.YouBet said:

That's why I quit. Books 7 and 8 were trash and I got fed up. The thought of going back and rereading all of it is daunting though which is why I'm curious about the online summaries.Bevo99 said:It bogs down in some of the middle books, but stick with it. Agreed on all 3. I was wondering how they were going to do the weaves, and this looks like it may work well.Champ Bailey said:
Yeah it looks badass!
Not really spoilers, but just in case:
Myrdral look terrifying, scenery is gorgeous, and I like how they show the weaves.
Rafe answered this directly on a Q&A today, the composer is Lorne Balfe. Apparently the music that goes with the logo reveal is some of his for this. The Dog Lord said:
Thought the music in the trailer was great. Not sure if the show will have a different score though. Does anyone know who the composer will be? The original composer attached to the show left in January, and I can't find anything about who is replacing him.
